Newly mopped floors compliments of Emry. I have been nice, I have been stern, I have threatened, I have pleaded. Her clothes continue to be left on her floor. Bribes didn't work either. Every night they were left, every morning they were there. Dirty and in a big heap. Sometimes there would be a blanket or a dog's leash thrown in for good measure.
This morning when I woke up to work out at 6 am who do you think was on my hit list? I had no other choice but to wake a certain bed headed blond who thought it was the middle of the night. I handed her a micro-fiber and put her to work.
Wow Emry did a great job with the floors. If only I lived closer she could come to my house when she finishes yours. :) Hopefully she figures it out sooner than later though, it sucks to have to lower the boom. Good job on being consistent and figuring out something that also benefits you. That is smart parenting. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are my hero! Is this what I need to do so Maya stops throwing her clothes on the floor? I have literally tried everything else!! I am so frustrated. But maybe it's worth it if I can have a spotless floor like yours?
